I took our girls out for a walk up along the South Downs Way just off the Bostal Rd to Steyning in West Sussex.
Wonderful afternoon in the warm sun walking through wheat fields and stopping for a picnic under a big oak tree.
You have to make the most of the summer after the cold and wet of winter here, and this was a great way to spend the day.
A fairly quick study in acrylic for maybe a larger piece.
